Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since many of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) or shipped via dropshipping partners, processing times may occasionally take longer during high-demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We ship orders using DHL and partner carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Malta	3–5 business days
EU (Italy, France, Germany & nearby)	5–10 business days
EU (Nordics, Eastern Europe & further)	7–14 business days
United Kingdom	7–14 business days
Rest of World	14–30 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays outside of our control.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
