Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are consumables, grooming items, or made/sourced to order, our return policy is designed to be fair while preventing misuse.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, already opened/tampered with, or if you received the wrong item, we will provide a full refund or free replacement. Please contact us at pussnpooch81@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve this quickly at no cost to you.

 

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of delivery, without needing to give a reason. To let us know, start a request through your account at https://shopify.com/95989563772/account or by emailing pussnpooch81@gmail.com with your order number.

Once you've notified us, please send the item back within 14 days. The item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We will refund the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order; any amount paid to upgrade to express or expedited shipping is non-refundable.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.

 

Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons: grooming and hygiene products (shampoos, wipes, brushes once used), food and treats, and personalized or made-to-order items. These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return or report an issue, visit your account at https://shopify.com/95989563772/account or contact us at pussnpooch81@gmail.com with your order number. We will let you know if your return is approved and provide instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
